How did we get to be this way?

Experience, success, failures (we learn so much more from failing), and some great mentors over the past few decades have made us what we are. Most of our full time team and the consultants we pull in on various projects have cut their teeth in the New England high tech business climate. We are enternally grateful to companies like Digital Equipment, Hughes, Hitachi, Lockheed, Stratus, and others for the years of education and professional training they put us through.

Birth of an Obsession

Cambridge R&D is the brainchild of our founder, Ken Steinberg. He didn't have a choice. Ken is a man-possesed. Cambridge R&D is simply an instantiation of what already existed in many ways and forms for over a decade.

Who are we?
